The Letting Process.

Administration fee and deposit A fee to cover the cost of the tenancy
agreement and referencing is taken in addition to a deposit to secure

independent assistance with the resolution of disputes concerning
repayment of deposits.
Inventories and check in An inventory will be prepared including a
list of contents and photographic evidence of current property
condition. Tenants will be provided with a copy and it is essential
that they check it thoroughly and report any discrepancies

chosen, Sky Lettings can prepare all the necessary documentation and
carry out the check-in process.
Property management A system will be established for collecting
